Jay has served as pastor for Grace Community Church since 2003. He and Lydia have been married over 22 years and have two children in college, Jarrod and Lawrie. Jay is committed to proclaiming the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ to this present age through faithful expository preaching and Biblical counseling. He and Lydia are engaged in many areas of ministry at Grace and believe that the local church body is to be the expression of Christ to the world. Jay graduated from Baylor University in 1989 with a degree in Speech-Communications and Lydia graduated the same year with a degree in Recreational Therapy.  Since meeting in college, they have served in youth and college ministries, led adult Sunday school classes and Bible studies, church LIFE groups, and marriage retreats. In addition to his role as pastor for Grace Community Church, Jay owns a company that specializes in employee training and development.

Worship Leader - Greg Snyder

Greg and Stephanie have been members of Grace Community Church for 3 years. Greg and Stephanie have been married for 12 years and have 2 children, Aidan and Nathan. Greg has been involved in worship for over 20 years, leading in youth and college groups or just being a member of worship teams at the churches he attended. Greg graduated from Baylor University with a business major and attended a discipleship training school after college. In addition to leading worship, Greg works for the IT department for a company in Waco. Stephanie has been singing in worship teams since high school and was a missionary with her family in Russia for over 2 years. Stephanie is a homemaker.  Together, Greg and Stephanie have a passion for Jesus and express that through using their gifts in worship to lead Grace Community Church.

College & Ignite Discipleship School Director - Collin Coats

Collin is from Plano, TX and is currently working on his degree in Philosophy at Baylor University with plans of attending seminary at some point. Collin grew up with Christian parents and attended church regularly, but it was not until high school that he came to know Christ. He has spent a number of years serving as a youth leader but also has a passion to see college students, and people alike, transformed by the gospel of Jesus Christ. By the grace of God, he desires to build up and strengthen the college ministry at Grace Community Church, all for the glory of God.

John and Tina have been members of Grace since moving to Waco 6 years ago. They have been married 13 years and have 4 children: Emma, Grace, Matthew and Elizabeth. Both John and Tina graduated from Baylor University. John works in Temple for McLane Intelligent Solutions as the Software Development Manager and Tina is a stay at home mom. Tina has been involved in youth and children's ministry since college. They love children and are committed to training and teaching children how to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.
